Performance Features:
Its structure adopts a 2-section rod design, which corresponds to the front collection cabin and the rear

storage cabin.
The operating room is placed sideways in order to save space. The captain can control the entire boat for

working while sitting inside the operation room.
The medium-sized fully automatic cleaning boat is not large in size and is suitable for sites with moderate

water area and working volume is not big. One boat can hold 10 cubic meters and it is light, flexible and

efficiency.

Working principle:
1. During working, the hydraulic system controls the hydraulic cylinder to lower the front collection cabin to

go to under water; then bottom shear which in the front of cabin starts working that driven by the hydraulic

motor. Its main function is to cut off the roots of the water grass. There are 2 circular saw blades on both

sides of the collection cabin, which rotate rapidly under the drive of the hydraulic motor in order to cut the

horizontally growing water grass.

2. Not only can the branches and vines be quickly cut off, but also the road for the cleaning boat to move

forward can be cleared. Then the 2 saw blades and the bottom shears will work together with each other to

finish the first step of cutting and collecting. Then the collection chain that located in the front cabin starts to

rotate under drive n by the motor, at the same time the cut aquatic plants are transferred to the storage cabin

to finish the collection work.

3. After the middle cabin and the rear cabin are fully filled with the water grass or floating objects drive the

cleaning boat to the shore to unload. When unloading, the hydraulic system drives the cylinder to lift the rear

unloading cabin higher then chain of the rear cabin will run quickly, water grass or floating objects will be

unloaded to the shore.In this way, the first time of cleaning work is completed, and then the cleaning boat

travels to the working site for cycling work.The large fully automatic cleaning boat is powerful and fully equipped

with different components for different work requirement. It not only has standard bottom shears and saw blades,

but also has other functional components for optional, according to conditions of aquatic plants for cleaning,

such as collection rakes, vertical shears, crushing knives, mechanical swing arms, wheel knives and so on.
