1. Description and pictures for hydraulic cutter suction dredger

We can produce dredgers according to the requirements of the
customers.
The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the
reducing gear box.
The alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine,
supplies electricity for power
and lighting of the whole dredger.
Generator supplies electricity for lighting and emergency using
when dredger doesn’t working.
Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has
lubrication seal-in units.
The dredger is moved by alternate swing of the spuds. The spuds are
lifted by the hydraulic cylinder.
The shifting winches, cutter ladder and lifting winch are driven by
the hydraulic motor.
The hydraulic oil pump is driven by the auxiliary diesel engine.
Applicability this dredger: To pass low bridge easily, the
controlling room and rest room are dismountable.
Connecting parts for cabin room and deck are easily dismounted
joints,.
Construction: it consists of three pontoons: one main pontoon and
two side pontoons.
The pontoons are connected by the connecting pieces and tightened
by high intensity bolts and nuts.

2. Dredger assembly in the working site
2 engineers will be sent to the working place for guiding assembly
and training operation for 1 month.
Walking system
The system is spuds and shift move working manner. By the fix of
the shift anchors and the pull of
the shift winches, the dredger moves around the main spud. The lift
winch supplies power for the lift of the cutter ladder.
Cutter ladder and turning structure
The cutter ladder is the supporting structure of the cutter device
and suction pipes. The main structure
of the cutter ladder is round pipe structure. The size is according
to the dredger. The turning axle seat is two halves.
Maximum dredging depth is referred to the depth when cutter ladder
is 45 angle with the water level.
A ladder frame composition
It is made up of main frame and cutter lift pulley block. When the
forerake of the frame is 60 angle,
set two steel wires as pull bearing parts. The main frame is made
of welded steel round pipes.
The pulley block is made of three movable pulleys and three fixed
pulleys.
