    working principle:

    Excavation: At the heart of our pioneering Automated Cutter Suction Dredger lies a mighty and robust auger head,

    mounted with precision. This enormous rotating cutter head, often equipped with sharp cutting teeth, is strategically

    lowered to the waterbed, where it spins at remarkable speeds. Its mission is to skillfully cut, stir, and pulverize

    submerged materials such as mud, clay, and even soft rock, transforming them into manageable substances, ready

    for the next phase of dredging.
    Suction: The dependable auger head is seamlessly supported by a durable auger bridge, ingeniously designed to

    house an internal mud suction pipe. Positioned strategically behind the auger head, the suction port stands poised

    to act. Once the auger head has loosened the underwater materials, the ship's powerful mud pump-a centrifugal marvel

    -activates, creating a formidable vacuum. This mighty force draws in a slurry of water, accompanied by the liberated

    mud and sand (commonly referred to as 'mud'), expertly channeling it through the reliable mud suction pipe.
    Transportation: The collected slurry embarks on a transformative journey, expertly pressurized and navigated through

    a sophisticated mud pipe system embedded within the dredger's hull, ensuring smooth and seamless movement.
    Discharge: In the final stage, the mud is strategically transported to its designated destination via the mud discharge

    pipe, offering two highly efficient methods for optimal disposal:
    Direct Shore Discharge/Blowing and Filling: The mud embarks on a direct journey through an extended mud

    discharge pipeline, composed of both floating and shore pipes, seamlessly connected from the ship's stern to the

    awaiting land or shoal area for precise filling.
    Loading the Barge: Alternatively, the mud is adeptly transferred into a specially designed mud barge, a versatile mud

    transporter conveniently stationed beside the dredger. This ensures a smooth transfer to the designated dumping or

    filling area, leveraging the mud barge's proficient transportation capabilities.
